  • While Revoiz is not responsible for User Content, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or harms our users or services.

5. Platform Usage

You agree to use Revoiz solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or duplicate any part of the platform.
  • Use the platform in a way that disrupts service for others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or data.

6. Subscription, Billing & Renewals

  • Access to certain features of Revoiz may require a paid subscription.
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are clearly outlined during the subscription process and in your account billing section.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Legal or regulatory requirement
  • Extended period of account inactivity (as defined by our policies)

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and Revoiz is under no obligation to retain your data, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and features of Revoiz — including but not limited to software, text, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Revoiz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Revoiz platform without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Revoiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The platform’s uninterrupted operation or availability
  • The accuracy or completeness of content
  • Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revoiz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to Revoiz in the past 12 months.
